Nitya Anna Prasada Vitarana Programme Concludes with a Message of Service and Cleanliness

The Nitya Anna Prasada Vitarana programme, organised with the spirit of “Manava Seve Madhava Seva” (Service to Humanity is Service to God), has successfully concluded. The programme included food preparation and distribution activities in Hyderabad and Vijayawada, with the objective of serving food to people in need.

Serving Food with Compassion

Annadanam, the act of offering food to those in need, is a meaningful expression of compassion and social responsibility. Throughout the programme, volunteers participated in preparing and distributing Anna Prasadam, helping make the service possible through their time, effort and dedication.

Shri Apparaju Janardhana Rao Sharma Ji, Andhra Pradesh State President of Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha, personally participated in the service activities in Hyderabad, including food preparation and distribution.

A Meaningful Act After Annadanam: Cleaning the Premises

One of the notable moments came after the food distribution had concluded. Shri Apparaju Janardhana Rao Sharma Ji personally picked up a broom and helped clean the premises where the service programme had taken place.

His participation in cleaning conveyed an important message: service does not end with serving food; it also includes taking responsibility for the cleanliness of the place where the service is performed.

The act reflected humility, personal responsibility and respect for the community. It also highlighted the importance of maintaining cleanliness as an integral part of every public service activity.

Food Preparation, Distribution and Community Service

From preparing food to serving Anna Prasadam and cleaning the premises afterwards, the programme highlighted different dimensions of voluntary service. These activities remind us that meaningful social service involves not only helping people directly but also caring for the shared spaces in which communities come together.

The Spirit of Service Continues

Although the Nitya Anna Prasada Vitarana programme has concluded, its message remains relevant: helping people in need, serving with humility and maintaining cleanliness are responsibilities that can be practised every day.
